Oh the poor, poor FBI...

All I can say to this is "tough shit!"  There is nothing wrong with the fourth amendment and nothing wrong with getting a warrant.  Go pound sand! 

Even if our so called representation bends over in the end we all know that Americans and especially American hackers and programmers will provide means around whatever they come up with. 

I think the best thing I've heard on this topic is a comment from Slashdot by "Man on Pink Corner"
